Refund Policy

At Presence Embodied, we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and transformative experience for all our clients. The nature of this work requires a deep commitment to the process of self-discovery and healing. To honor the integrity of this work, all payments made for sessions, workshops, or programs are non-refundable.

Sessions are valid for one year from purchase.

Purchasing a pack of sessions is a commitment to a process of exploration and unfolding. It creates a dedicated space for deep, consistent work, allowing what arises to be fully explored and integrated. On an energetic level, this commitment sustains the therapeutic container we’ve cultivated, providing the safety and continuity needed for meaningful transformation to take place.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds:

  1. Commitment to the Process: Healing and growth are journeys that require dedication. By enrolling in a session or program, you are making a commitment to yourself and your transformation.

  2. Preparation and Resources: Each session and program is carefully designed and personalized to support your unique needs, involving significant preparation and resources.

  3. Scheduling Integrity: Holding your scheduled time and space means it is unavailable to others, and we value this dedicated commitment to your growth.

Rescheduling Policy:

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but rescheduling is not guaranteed for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Exceptions:

While refunds are not offered, we are committed to fairness and open communication. If extraordinary circumstances arise, please reach out directly to discuss how we can best support you.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and trust in Presence Embodied. This policy is designed to foster mutual respect, accountability, and a shared commitment to the healing process. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

With gratitude,
Stephanie Canavesio
